At Laundry Anywhere, we strive to provide quality laundry service to set our customers' mind at rest amid the COVID-19 crisis. We understand your concerns and in fact, the health and safety of our customers and our staff has always been of paramount importance. We want to take the following actions to minimise social contact.

    1. Pickup: We strongly suggest all customers to leave your garments or laundry in tightly closed bags and place it at your doorstep or in a safe place. 
    2. Returning: Please feel free to change the setting in App to “leave at front door if no one home” to allow our staff to place your items at your doorstep or in a safe place. All cleaned garments are wrapped in new plastic packages.

Please note that aggressive viruses can be killed during the cleaning process no matter Dry or Wet cleaning due to high temperature and detergents used. All of our dry cleaners are members of DIA ( Drycleaning Institute of Australia) who provide clear guidelines on all cleaning procedures and disinfectants to be used.
